When can I check in?
Check-in is possible until 10 pm. If you arrive later, please let us know by phone in advance.
When is check-out?
We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure. You're welcome to store your luggage with us afterwards.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10 am.
Is parking available?
Parking directly at the house is limited. Please mention it in your enquiry if you're arriving by car — public parking is also available nearby.
Is there WiFi?
Yes — free WiFi throughout the house, on the terrace and in all rooms.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome by arrangement. Please mention it briefly in your enquiry.
What are the restaurant opening hours?
Our restaurant is open daily from 11 am to 10 pm — hot food served all day.
How far is the Planai?
The Planai base station is just a few minutes' walk away — the town centre is right on the doorstep.
Is the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard included?
No — we have deliberately chosen not to be a Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard partner: partner businesses have to charge every guest for the card, whether they want to use it or not, so it always ends up in the room rate. We don't want to force anything on our guests — we'd rather offer the best possible price for everyone.
